Safety Cabinet for Flammables
The flammable products have to be stored in safety cabinets. These cabinets have shelves and containment sumps allowing collecting potential leaks of products, and a locking system with key.
These are safety cabinets with fire resistance, or not. For a cabinet with a fire resistance, refer to the category "EN 14470-1-EN14470-2 safety cabinets".
Safety Cabinet for Corrosive
The corrosive products (acids and bases)have to be stored in safety cabinets to avoid any risk of leak or breakage of bottle. Please ensure to separate acids and bases storage considering their incompatibility.
Safety Cabinet for Toxics and Multirisk Safety Cabinet
The chemicals have to be stored in safety cabinets. There are in this part of the catalogue two types of cabinets: the safety cabinets allowing storing a particular type of product (flammable, acid, base or toxic) and the multirisks safety cabinets allowing storing several types of products in the same cabinet, thanks to independent comparments.
Safety Cabinet for Pesticides
The storage or the phytosanitary products can be a safety cabinet, a bungalow or a container. They have to be aerated or ventilated and have to be locked (article 4 of the decree 87-361 of May 27th, 2987). The door has to open towards th outsde, the ground must be tight(retention, pallets of retention, containment sump) and the lighting has to be significant.
Ductless Fume Hoods - Filtering Safety Cabinets - Ventillation
When you manipulate chemicals, your health is endangered, due to the emanation of toxic vapor/powders. As to protect you and your environment, you have to manipulate your chemicals into a ductless fume hood equipped either with a molecular filter (activated coal filter), or with a particular filter (HEPA filter), or both.
Safety Showers, Eye-Washers and First-Aid Equipments
For people's safey, the safety showers and eyewashers are essential in the premises where risks of chemicals projection exist. They are recommended in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, automobile and food-processing industries, hospitals, water-treatment plants and swimming pools...
The first-aid equipments as showers and eye-washers have to be installed near the zones of danger. Their access must be easy and indicated clearly by normalized pictograms (supplied with our equipments).
